A well-established manufacturer of tough, dependable utility and outdoor products — spanning equipment for the home, yard, and material handling — is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join its in-house marketing team. This company builds practical, reliable products that help people get real work done, and it brings that same durability and craftsmanship to how it tells its brand story.

The Role

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a designer who wants to see their work show up on store shelves, product packaging, and in front of thousands of customers. You'll help bring the brand to life across packaging, digital, retail, and marketing channels, working closely with packaging, social, product development, and e-commerce teams to create visuals that are as durable and dependable as the products they represent — bold, practical, and built for real people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design packaging, in-store displays, and point-of-sale materials for the company's flagship and secondary product lines
  • Create digital assets for the website, email campaigns, social media, and paid advertising
  • Support trade show materials, sales collateral, and catalogs
  • Maintain and evolve the brand identity and visual style guide across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate with product management and marketing to translate product features into clear, compelling visuals
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Partner with external vendors and printers to ensure production-quality output
  • Design spec sheets and instructional/assembly graphics

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in consumer products, retail, or CPG
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating packaging design, digital/social design, and print production
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Solid understanding of pre-press and print production requirements
  • Ability to work within brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative ideas to the table
  • Strong communication skills and comfort presenting concepts to cross-functional teams
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Nice-to-Haves

  • Working knowledge of Adobe XD or Figma

Benefits/Perks

  • Full-time, on-site role at a Minnesota headquarters
  • Work on products people actually use and trust — see your designs on shelves nationwide
  • Collaborative, close-knit creative and marketing team
  • Competitive salary and benefits package (health, dental, 401(k), PTO)
  • Be part of a growing, well-established brand
