HR Manager

The HR Manager will serve as a strategic partner to senior operations leadership, driving talent development, employee engagement, workforce planning, and culture initiatives across a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for an HR professional who thrives at the intersection of people strategy and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior operations managers on talent development, engagement strategies, and staffing solutions
- Assess hiring needs, build staffing plans, and recommend effective methods to meet workforce objectives
- Oversee recruiting efforts for non-exempt roles and collaborate with corporate talent acquisition on exempt-level hires
- Facilitate leadership training programs covering labor relations, performance management, and change management
- Manage temporary staffing relationships and workforce planning initiatives
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and deliver actionable recommendations
- Champion culture-building and leadership development initiatives across the organization
- Lead performance review cycles, succession planning, and internal mobility programs
- Conduct exit interviews and support associate relations investigations
- Coach and support leaders in developing and executing people and culture strategies
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of HR management experience supporting large, diverse teams in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect effectively across all levels of the organization
- Collaborative mindset with a proven ability to thrive in team-driven settings
- Flexibility to adjust schedule based on business needs, including weekends or varied shifts as required
